目的

This rule is to satisfy compliance with the Family Education Rights to Privacy Act (FERPA) 和 provide guidelines to departments 和 to inform students about how the 大学 maintains, secures 和 uses information about students to provide services 并对学习环境进行评价. 该规则还描述了 学生决定成绩的权利.

8. 记录

检查、审查和修改的权利

1. Each 大学 s大厅 permit a student to inspect 和 review his/her education records.

1. 林本顿社区学院 s大厅 give a student, on request, an opportunity for a hearing to c大厅enge the content of the student’s education records on the grounds that the information contained in the education records is inaccurate, misleading, 或侵犯学生的隐私或其他权利.

   1. Amend the record accordingly; 和

4. If a 大学 places a statement with the contested part of the record of the hearing 根据本条第(C)款，学院应:

A 大学 may disclose personally identifiable information from an education record of a student without the consent required by OAR 581-41-470 if the disclosure meets 下列一种或多种情况:

1. 的 disclosure is to other school officials who have legitimate educational need to 访问记录.

身份的变化
